Step into this expansive and contemporary 6-bedroom villa featuring a southwest-facing pool deck, perfect for a memorable vacation with 2 or 3 families. The villa offers three bedrooms with king beds, as well as themed rooms for added excitement.

As you enter the house, you’ll be greeted by an open floorplan. The spacious kitchen, dining room and living area, complemented by a cozy breakfast nook, provide all the essentials. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main floor.

On the first floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and a shared bathroom. On the second floor, a loft awaits, showcasing an oversized sectional couch and a TV for relaxation. Four bedrooms grace this floor. 

– The Mickey & Minnie themed room comes with two single beds.

– The stunning Star Wars room includes a bunk bed and a single bed.

– The Frozen room offers two queen beds and a bathroom with a double vanity, toilet, and bath.

– The master bedroom presents a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and bath/shower combo..

Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV, providing access to a wide range of channels. Additionally, you can log in with your personal Netflix account to enjoy your favorite movies.

Outside, the villa features a refreshing pool and the southwest-facing pool deck allows for ample Florida sun exposure.

Rest assured, we are available in person and by phone should you need any assistance. Please note that pool/spa heat is not included in the nightly rate, but it can be added for a small fee per day.
